1. Introduction
Welcome to Fazinflo, a premier video production and organic marketing company. Our mission is to deliver creative, high-quality content that aligns with your business goals and enhances your brand visibility. By partnering with Fazinflo, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure transparency, protect both parties, and guarantee the smooth delivery of our services.
2. Scope of Services
Fazinflo specializes in the following services:
Video Production: We produce professional video content tailored to your needs, including promotional videos, commercials, event coverage, and more. Our service covers scripting, shooting, editing, post-production, and delivery of high-definition videos.
Organic Content Creation: We design and create content to organically engage your target audience. This includes blog posts, social media content, visual graphics, and storytelling that reflects your brand’s voice and message.
Organic Marketing & Branding: We offer strategic marketing that enhances your brand’s visibility without the use of paid advertising. Our services include SEO optimization, social media strategy, influencer collaborations, and branding consultations aimed at long-term audience engagement and growth.
These services are customized for each client and are dependent on project timelines, availability of resources, and collaboration with the client.
3. Payment Terms
To ensure clarity and smooth transactions, the following payment policies apply to all services provided by Fazinflo:
Payment Method: All payments must be made through UPI (Unified Payments Interface). No other payment methods are accepted unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. UPI details will be provided with each invoice.
Advance Payment: An 80% non-refundable advance payment is required before any work begins. This secures your project slot and covers the initial costs, including planning, resource allocation, and preliminary production stages.
Final Payment: The remaining 20% of the project cost must be paid upon completion of the project and prior to the release of final deliverables. Clients will receive a notification when the project is ready for review, after which the balance is due before files or final content are handed over.
No Refund Policy: All payments made to Fazinflo are non-refundable, including the 80% upfront deposit and the final 20% balance.
This policy is in place to cover the time, effort, and resources
