Terms:
 

  • 80% Advance (non-refundable): Required before the project begins to allocate resources and prioritize timelines.

  • 20% Balance: Due before the final delivery.

  • Late Payment Fee: 2% of the balance due every 10 days of delay.

  • No Refund Policy: All payments are final due to the dedicated nature of creative labor and resource allocation.

 
 
6. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

 

  • Ownership: Fazinflo retains ownership of all materials until final payment is made. Full commercial rights transfer upon payment completion.

  • Portfolio Rights: Fazinflo may showcase completed work across marketing and social channels unless confidentiality is requested in writing.

  • Confidentiality: Both Fazinflo and clients maintain strict confidentiality regarding internal systems, brand data, and strategic frameworks.
