Fazinflo is committed to maintaining a professional, ethical, and high-performance work environment. These Employee Policies define the standards, responsibilities, and expectations applicable to all individuals working with Fazinflo, including full-time employees, freelancers, contractors, and project-based collaborators. By joining Fazinflo, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the policies, systems, and values that govern our operations.
Communication, Conduct, and Professional Standards
All team members are expected to maintain clear, respectful, and timely communication in every professional interaction. All client-related communication must be conducted strictly through Fazinflo-approved channels. Direct communication with clients regarding projects, deliverables, timelines, payments, or personal matters is not permitted under any circumstances. Any violation of this requirement may result in immediate termination of engagement and, where applicable, withholding of pending payments.
All internal discussions, project-related communications, and client information are confidential and must be treated as such at all times. Sharing, disclosing, or distributing internal messages, files, recordings, or conversations with any external party is strictly prohibited. Team members are expected to communicate proactively, promptly raise concerns related to delays or challenges, and maintain a solution-oriented, professional attitude in all interactions. English is the required language for all official internal communications to ensure clarity and consistency across global teams.
Confidentiality and Use of Company and Client Materials
All media, content, documents, data, creative assets, and materials provided to team members during their engagement are the exclusive property of Fazinflo and/or its clients. These materials may only be used for the purpose of fulfilling assigned responsibilities and must not be reused, copied, distributed, or repurposed for personal, external, or commercial use without prior written authorization.
Any unauthorized use, disclosure, or misuse of confidential or proprietary materials may lead to disciplinary action, termination of engagement, and legal or financial consequences where applicable. Fazinflo takes data security and client confidentiality seriously, and all team members are expected to uphold the highest standards of information protection.
Compensation and Payment Policy
Compensation structures at Fazinflo are defined based on role type, engagement terms, and performance expectations. For freelancers and project-based collaborators, payments are not processed between the 1st and 10th of any month. Payment timelines are determined by project completion, internal review, quality approval, and compliance with Fazinflo standards. Payments may be delayed or withheld in cases of incomplete work, missed deadlines, quality issues, or policy violations.
For salary-based employees, salary payment dates are determined individually based on the employee’s joining date and mutually agreed terms at the time of onboarding. Continued compensation is dependent on consistent performance, adherence to company policies, effective communication, and fulfillment of role responsibilities.
Work Responsibilities, Delivery Standards, and Accountability
All team members are responsible for thoroughly reviewing assigned briefs, instructions, timelines, and expectations prior to commencing work. Deliverables must be completed within agreed timelines and aligned with Fazinflo’s quality, brand, and operational standards. Work must be submitted in the required format, properly organized, and compliant with internal guidelines.
Revisions form a normal part of the creative and operational process and are expected to be completed within reasonable turnaround times based on priority and scope. Failure to meet delivery standards, quality benchmarks, or deadlines may result in performance review, payment adjustments, or termination of engagement.
Professional Integrity, Attendance, and Performance Expectations
Team members are expected to represent Fazinflo with professionalism, integrity, reliability, and respect in all professional interactions. All creative output, intellectual property, and deliverables produced during the course of engagement are the sole property of Fazinflo and/or its clients and may not be reused or repurposed without written consent.
Salary-based employees are required to maintain regular attendance, timely availability, and daily communication as per assigned working hours. Any uncommunicated absence or lack of response exceeding 24 hours may result in disciplinary action, suspension, or termination. Consistency, accountability, creativity, discipline, and ethical conduct are core performance expectations for all roles within Fazinflo.
Termination and Disciplinary Action
Fazinflo reserves the right to terminate employment or engagement immediately in the event of policy violations, misconduct, unethical behavior, prolonged lack of communication, repeated performance issues, or any action that may harm Fazinflo’s reputation, operations, or client relationships. Termination may include withholding of pending payments where policy breaches or contractual violations are involved.
Agreement and Acknowledgement
By working with Fazinflo in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all company policies, standards, and procedures. You acknowledge that failure to adhere to these policies may result in disciplinary action, including termination and financial or legal consequences where applicable.
