Service Agreement
By subscribing to, accessing, or using any of our services—including VideoFlow, TeamFlow, DesignFlow, or On-Demand Edits—you agree to the terms outlined in this Service Agreement.
This agreement is designed to ensure clarity, trust, and transparency between Fazinflo and our clients.
1. Scope of Services
Fazinflo provides creative production and post-production solutions through specialized service structures referred to as Flow Models. Each Flow Model is designed to help creators, brands, and businesses scale their content with consistency and quality.
Our Flow Models

VideoFlow — Unlimited video production for short-form and long-form content.

DesignFlow — Unlimited design support for social content, thumbnails, carousels, and marketing visuals.

TeamFlow — A complete creative department-as-a-service, offering a plug-and-play team of editors, designers, and project managers.

On-Demand Edits — One-time or project-based edits for quick creative requirements without a subscription.
Each Flow Model operates under defined deliverables, timelines, and feedback systems. Any services requested beyond these defined scopes may be subject to additional charges.
2. Deliverables & Workflow
All deliverables are provided digitally through Fazinflo’s internal systems, including but not limited to Google Drive, Frame.io, and ClickUp. Turnaround times, revision limits, and communication guidelines are clearly defined per selected plan or package.
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary materials—such as raw footage, brand assets, and content briefs—prior to production. Any delays in submission, approvals, or feedback may affect delivery timelines.
3. Payments
All Fazinflo services operate on a prepaid basis, unless otherwise stated. Work will commence only after payment confirmation.
For subscription-based services, payments must be renewed on the agreed billing date unless the service is canceled or paused before the next billing cycle. Clients must provide 30 days’ prior notice before canceling any service.
All payments are non-refundable once work has begun, as creative resources and production hours are allocated immediately to each client project.
If a service is paused after payment has been completed, the remaining balance will be converted into Service Credits. These credits carry lifetime validity and may be redeemed for future Fazinflo services.
To initiate any service, a 50% advance payment is required. The remaining 50% balance must be settled according to the payment terms agreed upon during onboarding.
Each invoice issued by Fazinflo is payable within 3 days from the date of issuance. If payment is not received within this period, a delay fee of 1.5% of the total invoice amount will be applied.
If an invoice remains unpaid for 15 days or more, Fazinflo reserves the right to pause or cancel ongoing services due to payment unreliability.
Platform Fee
Effective January 1, 2026, a platform fee will be applied to all invoices to support payment processing, infrastructure, and platform maintenance.
Platform Fee Structure:

4. Revisions & Feedback
Revisions are included within reasonable limits based on the selected Flow Model and are intended to refine deliverables—not recreate them.
Feedback must be clear, actionable, and provided within 7 days of delivery. Failure to respond within this timeframe will be treated as project approval.
5. Ownership & Usage Rights
Upon full payment, clients own the final edited and exported deliverables. Fazinflo retains the right to use non-confidential work samples for its portfolio, website, or marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
All project files, templates, workflows, and editing structures remain the intellectual property of Fazinflo unless explicitly transferred.
6. Confidentiality
Fazinflo respects the confidentiality of client content, strategies, and brand assets. All materials shared are used solely for service execution and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.
7. Service Boundaries
Fazinflo guarantees creative quality and timely delivery but does not guarantee specific performance outcomes, including engagement, reach, or revenue.
Client success depends on external factors such as platform algorithms, distribution strategy, and audience behavior. Fazinflo assumes no responsibility for client success unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
8. Termination Policy
Clients may cancel or terminate services with at least 30 days’ written notice.
If termination occurs mid-project, Fazinflo reserves the right to retain full or partial payment for work completed or resources already allocated.
Fazinflo may suspend or terminate services in cases of non-payment, misconduct, or violation of this agreement.
9. Limitation of Liability
Fazinflo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
Under no circumstances shall Fazinflo’s total liability exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
