Fazinflo Working Agreement
By subscribing to, accessing, or using any of our services — including VideoFlow, TeamFlow, DesignFlow, or On-Demand Edits — you agree to the terms outlined in this Service Agreement.
This agreement is designed to ensure clarity, trust, and transparency between Fazinflo and our partnership.
1. Scope of Services
Fazinflo provides creative production and post-production solutions through specialized models known as Flow Models. Each Flow Model represents a unique service structure designed to help creators, brands, and businesses scale their content with consistency and quality.
Our Flow Models
1. VideoFlow — Unlimited Video-production for short and long-form videos.
2. DesignFlow — Unlimited design support for social content, thumbnails, carousels, and marketing visuals.
3. TeamFlow — A full creative department-as-a-service for brands that need a plug-and-play team of editors, designers, and project managers.
4. On-Demand Edits — One-time or project-based edits for quick creative needs without a subscription.
Each Flow operates under specific deliverables, timelines, and feedback systems. Any services beyond these defined scopes may be subject to additional charges.
2. Deliverables & Workflow
All deliverables are provided digitally through our internal systems — such as Google Drive, Frame.io, or ClickUp — Turnaround times, revisions, and communication guidelines are clearly defined per plan or package.
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary materials (raw footage, brand assets, content briefs, etc.) before production begins. Delays in submission or approval may affect delivery schedules.
3. Payments
All Fazinflo services operate on prepaid terms unless otherwise stated. Work begins only after payment confirmation.
For subscription-based models, payments should be renewed by the client on the specific agreed date unless canceled or paused before the next billing cycle.

All payments are non-refundable once work has started, as resources and creative hours are allocated immediately to each client project.
If a service is paused for any reason after the client has completed payment, the remaining balance will be converted into Service Credits. These credits hold lifetime validity and can be redeemed at any time for future Fazinflo services.
To initiate any service, a 50% advance payment is required. The remaining 50% balance will be settled according to the payment terms agreed upon during onboarding.
Each invoice issued by Fazinflo is due within 3 days from the date of generation. If payment is not received within this period, a delay fee of 1.5% of the total invoice amount will be applied.
If the invoice remains unpaid for 15 days or more from the issue date, Fazinflo reserves the right to pause or cancel ongoing services due to payment unreliability.
4. Revisions & Feedback
Revisions are included within reasonable limits depending on your selected Flow model. These are meant to refine — not recreate — final outputs.
Feedback should be clear, actionable, and provided within 7 days of delivery. Failure to respond within that period will be treated as project approval.
5. Ownership & Usage Rights
After full payment, you own the final edited and exported deliverables. Fazinflo retains the right to use non-confidential samples of work for its portfolio, website, or marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
All project files, templates, and editing structures remain the intellectual property of Fazinflo unless explicitly transferred.
6. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and the confidentiality of your content, strategies, and brand assets. All materials shared with Fazinflo are used solely for service execution and are not shared with third parties without consent.
7. Service Boundaries
Fazinflo guarantees creative quality and timely delivery but cannot guarantee specific content performance metrics (e.g., engagement, revenue, or reach).
Your success depends on factors like platform algorithms, distribution strategy, and audience engagement fazinflo takes no responsibility on client success unless agreed or promised by us.
8. Termination Policy
You may cancel or terminate services with a written request at least 30 days in advance.
If termination occurs mid-project, Fazinflo reserves the right to retain full or partial payment for work already completed or resources allocated.
Fazinflo may suspend or terminate services in cases of non-payment, misconduct, or violation of terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
Fazinflo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service use.
Our total liability, under any circumstance, will not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
