FAZINFLO — Employer Policy for Salary & Freelance Team Members

By joining the Fazinflo team, you agree to uphold the standards, policies, and values that define our work culture.

This agreement outlines the expectations, code of conduct, and terms of collaboration between you and Fazinflo.

 

 

1. Communication & Conduct

 

• All communication with clients must go strictly through Fazinflo.

• Directly contacting clients regarding projects, deliverables, payments, or personal inquiries is strictly prohibited.

⚠️ Violation will result in immediate termination and withholding of pending payments.

• All internal chats, files, and client communications are strictly confidential.

Do not share screenshots, links, or conversations with anyone outside the Fazinflo team.

• Maintain professional, respectful, and timely communication at all times.

• You must:

• Respond promptly to messages and updates.

• Communicate immediately if you face issues, delays, creative block, or confusion.

• Maintain a positive and solution-focused attitude.

• All communication in official groups (GC) must be in English only and kept professional.

 

 

2. Use of Client Materials

• All media, footage, assets, brand files, or documents shared with you are the exclusive property of the client and Fazinflo.

• These materials must not be used for personal, commercial, or external projects.

• Unauthorized use of client materials will lead to strict legal and financial action.

 

 

3. Payment Terms

 

For Salary-Based Team Members

• Salary will be credited between the 1st–5th of every month.

• Consistent performance, timely communication, and quality output are expected to maintain employment.

 

For Freelancers / Project-Based Members

• Payments for completed work (previous month) are processed between the 11st–20th of each month.

 

Payments may be withheld if:

• Work is incomplete

• Deadlines are missed

• Quality standards are not met

• There is a breach of Fazinflo policies

 

 

4. Work Delivery & Workflow Systems

 

• All project briefs, instructions, timelines, and references will be shared via:

• Google Drive

• ClickUp

• Group chats

• Loom videos for clarity

• You are responsible for reviewing all instructions carefully before starting work.

• Deliverables must be:

• Submitted within deadlines

• Aligned with Fazinflo’s quality standards

• Organized in the correct folder structure

• Named properly as per Fazinflo’s naming conventions

• Revisions must be completed within reasonable turnaround times based on priority.

 

 

5. Fazinflo Internal Policies

 

Data Security

• Do not share internal links, client files, scripts, or editable project files with anyone outside Fazinflo.

 

Professional Integrity

• You are expected to represent Fazinflo with professionalism, respect, and reliability at all times.

 

Work Ownership

• All creative work, edits, scripts, and deliverables created under Fazinflo are the property of Fazinflo and/or the client.

• You may not reuse or repurpose any material without written permission.

 

Attendance (For Salary Employees)

• Timely login, daily updates, and adherence to shift hours are mandatory.

• Uninformed leaves or 24+ hours of no communication may result in suspension or termination.

 

Performance Expectations

• Consistency, creativity, discipline, and integrity are core expectations from every team member.

 

Termination Policy

 

Fazinflo holds the right to terminate your collaboration immediately in case of:

• Policy breach

• Misconduct or unethical behavior

• Lack of communication (24+ hours)

• Poor performance or repeated delays

• Any activity that harms Fazinflo’s reputation or client relationships

 

6. Agreement & Acceptance

 

By becoming a part of Fazinflo — whether as a salaried employee, freelancer, or contractor — you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood all policies.

• You agree to follow all rules, workflows, and standards without exception.

• Violation of these policies may lead to immediate disciplinary action, including termination and payment withholding.
